Windows 8 Developer Camp
In February 2012, Microsoft released the Windows 8 Consumer Preview. Within a day, it was downloaded 1 million times. There is little doubt that there is going to be a large opportunity for developers to create Windows 8 Metro style applications and place them into the Store.
To help you out, Microsoft Australia DPE is running a series of Windows 8 Developer Camps. You can attend and learn how to create high quality Windows 8 Metro-style applications.
What is this Windows 8 Developer Camp?
Windows Developer Camps are free, fun, no-fluff events for developers, by developers. You learn from experts in a low-key, interactive way and then you’ll get to apply what you’ve learned. There are two streams: the formal Training/Presentation session with an agenda, and a Hackerspace room for you to code-out with friends.
